solution focused Live-interviews with Yvonne Dolan (english/german with translation)
Yvonne Dolan worked originally in the field of hypnotherapy and is a long time member of the "School of Milwaukee". One emphasis of her is the work with traumatized clients. Yvonne Dolan will demonstrate live-interviews with clients. Afterwards the formulation of tasks and appreciated observations will be practiced in small groups. The conclusion interventions will be commented by Yvonne Dolan. The other emphasis of the seminar will be the formulation of a Meta Model for the Solution Focus approach in dialog between Yvonne Dolan and Insa Sparrer.

In this seminar different formats of combination of the solution focused approach and the special form of Insa Sparrer’s "solution focussed systemic structural constellations" (LfSySt) will be shown: the solution constellations (LA), the goal approximation constellation (ZAA) and the solution geometrical interview (LGI). With the latter a solution focused group interviews with representatives will be arranged. Yvonne Dolan is the guest in this seminar and she will show her view of the systemic structural constellations from the perspective of the solution focused school. In dialog between Yvonne Dolan and Insa Sparrer concerning the similarities and differences of the solution focused approach a Meta Model for the Solution Focus approach will be worked out.

”Pathways to Freedom” - Generative Change in Self-Relations Therapy (english/german with translation)
For the past 30 years, Dr. Stephen Gilligan has been teaching and practicing innovative therapy approaches, in both Ericksonian and Self-Relations Psychotherapy. This workshop presents his most recent work, which focuses on how therapy can create pathways to deep freedom in a client’s life, both in terms of dissolution of symptoms and creation of generative states of being and acting. In elucidating this model, the workshop will describe how symptoms develop and persist. More importantly, it will show such symptoms may be transformed into life-affirming resources by shifting consciousness in some key ways.

In this program you will learn about the different forms of Constellations regarding coaching, mediation, supervision and organizational development.
The method of Systemic Structural Constellations, developed by Insa Sparrer and Matthias Varga von Kibéd, allows the simulation and modification of relationship patterns in different systems like families, in psychosomatic contexts and in organizations.
It is a methodology where groups of people shape and modify the structure and change dynamics of a system. Based on the astonishing ability of representative perception, this method can be used in fields such as therapy, consulting and coaching, mediation, and supervision, as well as to promote creative processes.
Systemic Structural Constellations are based on clear syntactic-grammatical, theoretical background with connections to therapy, solution focussed work, sculpture work by Satir and systems constellations. Methodically there will be a lively mix of demonstrations, group exercises and theoretical inputs.
